POP, exchange and three companies

I have my own company using POP, a client using exchange and another client
using POP. Currently I have it set that the exchange customer using my
outlook program, and my pop accounts are used via Mozilla.

I want to access all my emails via Outlook 2007, but unsure if this is
possible. However I must ensure:
1) that none of the clients can see the other pop emails
2) that my address book is mine and mine only
3) that I can see all email in one place - or like I have now where I have
both email programs open I can see all of the emails all day

I connect to the microsoft exchange via a connections, it says via a mini
port WAN, this allows me to sync with the main exchange, although I can see
the emails without being logged in

Now, here is a further point - the client would have my password for the
exchange email account, so does that mean that if all my emails go into
outlook that he will access to all even ones that do not relate to my work
for him?

I've seen three of your posts, replied to the first that I saw. I don't have
problems with the site crashing because I don't use the site. Well, rarely
use it; usually only to verify some issues some posters have had. I use a
news client configured to access the NNTP serves directly. MS Outlook
Express can do that, as well as several other clients.
