when I'm working I get my mail through the exchange server (I have my own mailbox with calender inbox, sent items ect) which sends it to my personal folder( due to the amount of mails I have to work this way because there is not enough storage space on the server for each employer that works here(40 mb)) when I accept an appointment it will be visible in my personal folder but it does not appear in the calender on the exchange server, is there a way to synchronise my meetings and appointments from my personal folder towards the exchange server
thanks for your coop and feedback

the meetings are stored in your default calendar - which is the pst. Why not
use the mailbox as your default store and move messages to the pst as you
complete them? You can also set up rules to move messages to the pst as they
arrive. (Create a new blank rule, leave the condition blank so it applies to
all mail and move to the pst.)

40 megs is a fairly large amount of outlook items - unless you have
journaling enabled for all contacts, or receive a lot of large messages, it
should hold a day or two's worth of messages...

Dear
there is a ruling that move all my mails from the server to the pst file, however meetings are not included, at this point my mailbox is about 1 gig tall also due to the large size of attachments that are sent internal at the office.
is there a way that I can create a rule that is synchronising my pst with the exchange server?

thanks again for the quick reply

If your default delivery location is your PST, then you have to switch it
back to Exchange and then use rules to move all incoming mail from the Inbox
to folders in the PST. This way, the only things remaining on the Exchange
server are your Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, and so on, which should not take
up much room.

Make sure you keep your PST under a gig.
