Synchronising and the Outlook File As

I have Outlook and Windows 2002 and Palm V

When I synchronise my Outlook contacts the Palm ignores
my File As field. So for example in Outlook I may have a
company called Bestown Union and have chosen to file it
as Bestown Union. When I synchronise with the Palm, the
contact is stored there as Union, Bestown.

Contacts which are individual people are OK - so for
example Jo Bloggs, filed in Outlook as Bloggs, Jo gets
stored in the Palm as Bloggs, Jo.

Is there a way to make the Palm store the contact as
Bestown Union.

This has been a bit of a nightmare and I would appreciate
any help.

This is probably something you can set in your sync software - Intellisync
or Chapura PocketMirror. Nothing you can do in Outlook, AFAIK.
