Sync with Windows Mobile in Vista Business?

B

This is the only think I havent dont in all of my testing of vista, mainly
because I only sync with my work computer, which now has vista on it. But I
can sync my Outlook 07 Appointments with my Windows Mobile phone? I can
only sync video and music? Ive looked everywhere, I HAVE TO SYNC WITH MY
MOBILE!!! lol ActiveSync worked great with XP, but does not support Vista.
What can I do?
Thanks

I went through this yesterday. The Error that the Compatibility thing gives
is that you connect your device and WinUpdate will download the Windows
Mobile Device Center. It does not. Then you go to the Active Sync from
WinMobile and it makes a reference to Mobile Device Center. I've found this
link here to download it. Apparently it is not really released yet.

After that I was able to do more Syncing. Though I think I have issues with
my PDA to prevent me from Syncing directly to the Exchange Server. File and
Outlook Sync works great.

Thanks for the help guys, im downloading it right now. I was shocked when I
noticed that, I have loved vista so far, but I just couldnt believe they did
not make sync'ing with a mobile super easy!

Actually, it IS quite easy, it's just that this functionality is not
available out of the box.

It is very easy now that I downloaded the correct software, but from what I
gathered it was going to be in the OS. No biggie, I really like it now that
I have the correct software. Its actually a little nicer than active sync.
Thanks again for the help guys
