Sync folders between two computers

I would like to sync some folders between two computers. Could you please
advise how to do it on the computers running Windows XP Home and Pro
Editions.

If the briefcase function doesn't cut it try
"Backer 6" from http://www.cordes-dev.com/

Shareware. I've used for a long time and and like it. I sync My
Documents between a laptop and a desktop via my LAN. It handles all
the combinations of renaming and deleting files and folders very well.

(I'll take a look at the URL for the briefcase feature. Maybe it's
gotten better.)
