SupportTools&Netdiag Problem !!!

I've installed SP4 Support Tools on my XP (a domain
member), when I try to run netdiag.exe always giving me
the error message below;

Application popup: netdiag.exe - Entry Point Not Found :
The procedure entry point DnsIsDynamicRegistrationEnabled
could not be located in the dynamic link library
DNSAPI.dll.

I'll appreciate if anybody helps...
