Sun Tape drive on windows

I have a sun 8mm tape drive model # 611. I would like to hookup this up to
my PC running win2k server. Does anyone know what kind of SCSI card I need
to buy? Ultarwide or fast? It has a 68 pin interface. Has anyone used this
drive with Windows? Anywhere I can get drivers? Thx.
