Subframes across different domains?

Whenever I go to the MS forums, I always get 2 pop-up
messages that says: "Allow subframes to navigate across
different domains?" with a yes/no option. I always have
to dismiss these 2 pop-up mesages before I can use this
newsgroup.

Can someone tell me what setting is causing this message
so I can adjust it? I assume it is a security setting of
some type.

Believe that you are looking for an option in IE--Options--
Security--Misceleanous---Navigate Sub Frames Across
Different Domains--set to enable

Thanks for the lead. However, I don't see
a "miscellaneous" button/tab off the security tab. Am I
missing somenting?

I am running IE 6.0
