Subframes to navigate across different domains pop-up?

B

Whenever I go to the MS forums, I always get 2 pop-up
messages that says: "Allow subframes to navigate across
different domains?" with a yes/no option. I always have
to dismiss these 2 pop-up mesages before I can use this
newsgroup. It happens every time I refresh the screen.

Can someone tell me what setting is causing this message
so I can adjust it? I assume it is a security setting of
some type. This does not happen on my other PC,

"Navigate sub-frames across different domains" is the option that controls
whether you can navigate the sub-frame of a window with a top-level document
that resides in a different domain. You can adjust it by using the Internet
Options Control Panel applet | Security tab.
