Dear All,
WIN XP PRO SP1 with all updates.
Have never installed anything with the name STUNNEL, nor
have I found anything similar in my computer, after
intensive Search on all disks.
However -
On boot, when OS starts to load all the startup garbage,
the following error message pops up:
"Stunnel server is down due to an error.
You need to exit and correct the problem.
Click OK to see the error log window"
If I don't react the message disappears after a few
seconds and startup proceeds successfully. If I do
respond by clicking OK I get a log window called "stunnel
4.05 0n Win32" that says something like:
"file SSLservice.conf line 1: No '=' found
2004.08.13 12:05:26 LOG3[2268:22761]: Server is down"
After closing this window startup proceeds successfully.
I did find on the web numerous sites speaking in detail
about STUNNEL, but none seems to instruct how to get rid
of it.
Does anybody have any idea what's the problem, how to
solve it, and how do I get rid of this annoyance?
Thnx,
Rudi
