error message

On startup - get an error message "error loading
c:\profram~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\3.bin\M3PLUGIN.DLL The specified module could not
be found".
There are 3 users on the laptop and all 3 get this message at startup. Has
only recently started. Seems OK to get into internet etc. Recently
disconnected/uninstalled HP printer - now cannot connect printer again. Says
installed but not showing. Unable to print - is this message connected? If
not, does anybody know what this is, what problems it may be causing and how
do I get rid of message?? Thanks

Could be a residue of some malware/virus infection. Launch Windows Explorer
and have a look at the full folder name of c:\profram~1\MYWEBS~1, then
report it in your reply.

Hi Lula,

It looks like someone uninstalled "Mywebsearch". Here is some info on it:
http://www.pchell.com/support/mywebsearch.shtml

You may want to go through the steps recommended to make sure all of it
is removed.

Regarding the HP printer, you may just have to reinstall the drivers.
Go to the HP site and enter the model number and the word "drivers" in
the search. Unfortunately, HP software installs a LOT of junk users
don't need just to print, so whoever reinstalls the software should pay
attention to exactly WHAT is being installed.
