Strange USB problem.

Hello:

I have Windows XPPro SP2. With PS2 Keyboard.

All of a sudden when I turn off the usb flash drive from the icon on the
notification area then remove it the keyboard quits working. I have to
reboot the computer for the keyboard to work again.

Never seen this problem before. Anyone know why?

USB keyboard? Delete all the USB hubs in the Device Manager an also
delete the (hidden) unconnected USB devices. Then restart Windows.
