Strange problem

For a few days, I'm unable to use two of six functions at Orbitz using my
IE6. When I try to search for flights or hotels, the results are displayed
momentarily and disappear. A message pops up: <IE cannot open the Internet
site http://www.orbitz.com/App/ViewFlightSearchResults...>.
I have no problem searching Orbitz for cars, vacations, cruises and even
combined option "flight+hotel".
Since message says <IE cannot open...>, is there any problem with IE or
what?

To update my first post, I downloaded Mozilla FireFox browser and it works
flawlessly, so far, on all sites, including Orbitz. This enforces my
suspicion that something went wrong with the IE6. Am I right? Is there a way
to fix my IE6? I used it for so long... I'd like to stay with IE6 unless I'm
forced to switch...
I'll appreciate any suggestions.

I'm also experiencing problems in the ORBITZ website. Same exact IE error message ... followed up with "operation aborted" on the 2nd line of the red error box? But what happens next is more frustratingly perplexing: I receive an "Error Page Assistant" IE box containing what looks like a search engine for an Internet Shopping Website called "ShopNav"

This is truly annoying anyone with any help?

In the meantime, should I assume that Orbitz is having problems or try Mozilla?
