strange e-mails every day from Microsoft

I am trying to find a way to contact Microsoft directly
about an e-mail that is coming, supposedly, from Microsoft
with the subject "Use this patch immediately!" I am very
worried that they are viruses. I delete them
immediately. I got another one this morning. It's about
my 7th one.

I have been searching for a way to let Microsoft know
about this, to see if it really them sending me this
patch. And if they aren't, then they should know that
someone is sending their customers e-mail with attachments
in their name.

....which has a blatant link stating that MS never distributes patches in
this manner.

A Google search for anything like "microsoft patch e-mail" would have
yielded similar results:
