Windows 7 Stopping PC going into standby

I've got a big file to download & about 8hrs left!:eek:
How can i stop the pc going into standby mode after a certain time?
What settings do i need to change?

What to have pc on for the whole time.

Here's how to disable or modify automatic sleep mode in Windows 7:

- Navigate to the Control Panel

- If you are using Category mode then change to Small icons

- Once you've changed to Small icons, click Power Options

- Balanced (Recommended) should be selected by default. Click Change plan settings

- Click the drop down box next to Put the computer to sleep and select your desired option. I personally set my computer to Never
