I keep getting a blue screen "stop Fatal Errors" is there
a way around this and what has caused this. My operating
system is Windows 2000.
Please Help.

You should post the error code and the message so we can help you. Stop
errors can be caused by many different things, hardware problems, drivers
incompatibilities....
At least, with the error code and message we can have an idea of what is
hapening...

Cheers!

Try booting into Safe Mode to see if that helps. If it does you have a problem with
bad drivers or problem startup program. If that does not help try a repair
installation by booting from install cdrom and select fast repair. If that does not
work, you may need to reinstall the operating system. It can be done in a way to
preserve most if not all of your data as long as you do NOT format your drive. You
may also have a hardware problem. In my experience the top three are overheating cpu,
bad memory, failing power supply. --- Steve
