Stop system config utility from lauchning

Is there a registry setting or tweak hidden somewhere that can prevent the
system configuration utility from launching on every bootup? I check the
"don't launch the system config utility" box every time, and it still
appears on very reboot.

start, run, type in regedit , go to Hkey Local Machine, Software,
Microsoft, Windows, Current Version, Run and delete the entry on the right
side of the screen for msconfig
