STOP message: 6B PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

Help!

After coming back to my computer this morning, my computer is in an endless
cycle of Windows restarts. I even tried Safe mode but no luck as well. I then
tried 'Last Known Good Configuration..." and then I got some more details
into the problem.

I'm getting the following STOP error message:
STOP: 0x0000006B (0xC000000D, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Not sure what I should do next to resolve this issue - does anyone have any
suggestions?
