XP Restore & PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED Error Message

I had a major problem with XP.

I firstly performed a Repair install, but got the blue screen error message
detailed below.

As this did not resolve the problem, I then peformed a format of my drive
and installed from scratch. When XP loaded, I restored a backup I took
yesterday morning.

When the computer reboots after the , I got the following error message
(again),

PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

0X0000006B

(0XC000007A, 0X00000008, 0X00000000, 0X00000000)

Can anyone help me resoring my XP system!

Many thanks for the prompt reply, however, I do not have Roxio GoBack
installed on my PC.

Any other ideas would be greatly apreciated.
