Stop error when application closes

I keep getting an STOP error whenever I close a certain application.
The Application is Pinnacle Studio 9 and there has been no updates
applied. The problem started a few weeks ago.
The Stop message is:
STOP: 0x000000C4(0x00000081, 0x8533DE28,0x0000008A,0x00000000)

I tried looking this up and it seemed to have something to do with the
driver that this program is using although I cannot find any newer
driver.

Anyway of detecting exactly what the problem is? There are no
messages in event logs (application and system) that is written.

System:
Windows XP Pro SP2
2 x 36GB 10Krpm SATA drives
1x 120GB 7200 HDD in USB enclosure
1GB DDR400 memory
DVD-Burner
DVD/CD-ROM Burner
CD-ROM drive

Application in question is ImageMixer v1.5 and Pinnacle Studio9

Thanks

this also happen to me, my unit just shut down when i'm in the middle of the
installation (Direct X Player Pro and Acoustica CD Label Maker), reinstall
it, same thing, just shut itself down. because it has detected a problem,
and the Stop messege is 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x00000003, 0xF89C1AE4,
0xF89C17E4)

I would say this has to do with the drivers that is being used. I
just received a new set of updates for the program so I'll see what
results this produce. What's really weird is that the new program
ImageMixer isn't the one that is having the problem it's Studio 9
which was fine until I installed ImageMixer. So I may have to
uninstall it.
