Stop 0xD1 NDIS.SYS

I keep getting the stop 0xD1 in windows 2000 server sp4.
This happens 1-2 times a day regardless of what is done
on the server.
I reaplied SP4, reinstalled the NIC drivers frim the OEM
(Intel) and nothing helps.
THere is a patch mentioned but I do not know where to
download it:

Any ideas?
