Stop 0x8e error

Hi,

I am receving this error, as well as 0xD1 and 0x0A.
With regards to 0x8E it had the following info:

1) stop: 0X8E ( 0Xc0000005 ,0XBF80170A,0XF6F9DA30,0X00000000)
win32k.sys - address BF80170A at BF800000,datestamp 43446A58


2) the 0XD1 (0X00000000,0X00000002,0X00000000,0XF1A1C623)
usbvm31b.sys - address F1A1C623 ,datestamp 3E27AF6D
(which i think is usb web cam i have)


3) 0x0A (0x7C1A2A75,0X0000001C,0X00000001,0X804E1630)
nothing was running except azureus when this happened


with so many different stop errors...a couple related to drivers,what i
my best way to fix this.do an xp repair ..update all drivers??

any help would be greatly received as it is happening randomly.
