STOP: 0x0000001E On Win2000 Advanced Svr running ISA2000

I have two servers of identicle configuration and make that are both having
this Bug Check stop. The servers are Proliant ML530 with PSP 7.40a and all
current windows hotfixes and service packs are installed.

Here is the full text of the error:
***STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005,0x804DDB6C,0x0000000,0x10890872)
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

*** Address 804DDB6C base at 80400000, DateStamp 427b58bb - ntoskrnl.exe


This error seems to happen most frequently when I try to connect via
Terminal Services but will do this at boot up or at random times.

Any help appreciated.
