Start Up works, but when logged in no start up menu bar at bottom or icons

I recently had a virus and Norton's cleaned it out but I
had to take "dust.exe" out of the registry and now
whenever I load windows, log in, I get just a background
image with no icons on desktop and no menu bar at bottom.
I have to cntrl-alt-delete then use "new task" and load
the programs manually all the procces are listed as usual
but are not automatically loading. Please help. Thanks
so much.

Visit http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and scroll down to
Item No. 195 (right column), click on "Restore Desktop Icons and
Taskbar".

Install the registry fix, then reboot your computer.
