START UP - WINDOWS XP

When I turn my PC on, before windows will load, I get the following message..

Err 5: Error finding VFloppy Sys
Err 8: FakeFloppy driver not found
Press any key to boot active partition

I then have to press any key before windows will load.

Any ideas as to what is causing this problem and how to fix it ?
