Start Menu Task Bar Empty Toolbar

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to get rid of an
empty toolbar that is on my Start Menu Task bar. It is
getting really annoying to me because I can't seem to get
rid of it, which is bugging me. I have tried to move it
by unlocking the taskbar, but it just won't move. Here is
how it looks:

|Start|Q L|Programs Running|Empty Taskbar|Language|Clock
/|\
I want to get rid of this.

*N.B. Q L = Quick Launch.

Please help me get rid of it soon. Thank you in advance.

Nevermind I found the problem, it was a trojan virus, I
got rid of it. Thanks for the help though.
