Get Language Bar every time I boot.

Every time I boot I get the "Language Bar" opening up in the taskbar next to
the notification area. My first step is to open the toolbar and delete it.
Simple, but very annoying. How do I get rid of it?

Settings\Language\Details\Language Bar\uncheck "Show Language Bar in the
Desktop".
