Start>All programs not showing all the programs

Using XP Home, hp 1502 monitor.
Start>All programs displays 3 cols of programs, but the last program in each
column does not display properly i.e. the last program is only partially
visible - most of the description of the program disappears of the bottom of
the monitor screen. (I am not sure if only one line in each column is
effected as I cannot view the end of each column.
Any suggestions to solve this problem will be appreciated.

You are a victim of "not keeping things organized". You should attempt to
organize your start menu into folders and categories - thereby making all of
this double-triple-etc columns unnecessary in the first place.
Essentially - you need to setup a filing system for your start menu.

For example.. You could create folders in the start menu All Programs area
called:

- Games and Entertainment
- Internet and Communications
- Productivity Applications
- Utilities

The you could move each of the things now in the root of your All Programs
menu into the respective sub-directory.

You can do this by looking under the C:\Documents and Settings folder - then
under the All Users and YOURUSERNAME folders - Start menu area. From there
it should be obvious.. Anything you create/move/change there will be
reflected in your start menu. =) Enjoy!
