standby.exe - Bad Image error

Hello Every one,

From Past few days My PC is showing error of Standby.Exe - Bad Image......

Please tell me what to do.

c:\windows\assembly\NavtiveImages2_v2.0.50727_32\system\5ba3bf367fc012300c6566f20cb7f54\system.ni.dll
