Bad Image error

Hi,

I deleted some Trojans and Spyware from my system. Now whenever i open an application, Windows shows an error message "The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\luhuwuji.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette." It only has OK button. When I press it, the application starts fine. This has become a big irritation off late. Now my Avast resident protection is disabled.

I am having Windows Home edition with Avast anti-virus 4.8 home edition and SUPER antispyware. Can someone give me what do to about it?
