spyware won't scan at high noon

i have been testing the new antispyware program. i went
to configure the program to do a weekly scan on friday at
12:00pm (noon). but when i click to update or save
schedule it reverts to 12:00am. i can set it to scan at
12:00am (midnight) and it holds it. i can set it to scan
at 11:59am and it holds the setting. any ideas why it
doesn't want to do a scan at high noon?

The designers have a strong opinion about lunch hour--it's a campaign to get
people to eat either earlier or later.

Seriously--it's a bug. I should find somebody who knows how dates work in
VB6 to tell me what screw-up does this, but at any rate, times between 12:00
and 12:59 inclusive, don't work.

My boss might complain if I only worked for between 12:00 and 12:59 and took
the rest of the day off while my computer scans for spyware ;-)

Although come to think of it...that's pretty close to what he does! :-O

Set it for 11:59:59 AM and that will be as close as you
can get until they fix the problem
