Start Time won't update

12:00:00PM will not take when setting to schedule a scan.
It keeps resetting itself back to 12:00:00AM each time I
click on Update Schedule. However, I was able to get it to
run a scan at 1:00:00PM just fine.

Correct--there are a number of bugs in the scheduler, and this is one of
them--times between 12:00 and 12:59 PM don't work.
