Spyware program not removed from Add/Remove

I have run number of tests on machine with spyware installed.
MAS is removing all entries correctly - well done MS :)
but even if spyware/adware is removed from registry and dll are deleted
programs are still listed in Add/Remove programs menu.
I have to remove all entries manually. Message is being displayed:
Program has been uninstalled - entry will be removed.

Will this behaviour change?
