Spoolsv.exe - Application Error

When computer is booted up error message
Spoolsv.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x77f517e2" referenced memeory
at "0x0044004c". The memory could not be "written".

What can I do to get rid of this or do I have to reinstall?
