Spontanious Frustrations

When shopping online at some online merchants, adding things to a shopping
cart or adding information to a form, the resulting page refuses to load.
It only happens on some sites. It seems like a certain security script bogs
things down. All my settings are on default. I lower them and still the
same results. I've tried Adware, cwshredder, etc....done the virus
scans.... Emptied the cache, etc.... and everything checks out okay. Is
there some setting that needs adjustment? It seems to affect only certain
merchants while others are no problem. Very difficult to track this one
down. Any ideas? Many thanks.
