Incomplete Transactions

Using IE 6.0 whenever I add items to a shopping cart on some Websites,
things slow down to a crawl and then the blank white "cannot display" page
pops up. Cleared the cache, still the same. Used another computer and
things went normal, so it isn't the connection. Seems to be something
blocking the flow here. Any ideas? Many thanks.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
