from the island , do not jump on the moving rock. zip to the tallest building on the island where mysterio is. u can climb faster by pressing forward button and right clicking at the same time. after climbing up, jump on top of the green roofed building. from the building jump towards mysterio. while u r falling just punch mysterio. just one punch will kill him.

If you are stuck on the Mysterio lvl (PC Version where you need to throw rocks) you are probably playing not official version which is protected by developers. Basically your rocks will explode with higher chance and you will never beat the boss fairly. You can bait him to the building corner and kill him with jump kicks but he wont die, instead he will be invincible at 1% HP. Basically devs made him invincible in protected versions.

Close the game, then open System=>game0.ini and change 3 "Mysterio" lines from 0 to 1 like this:
L5M3_MysterioDefeated=1
L5M3_MysterioTurretDefeated=1
L5M3_MysterioInterrogated=1

Then open the game and load your default save. It will skip the boss.
