SparQ 1.0Gb External Drive + XP= HELP!

I have just bought a SparQ 1.0Gb External drive for the purpose of getting files from my XP Machine to work on my 98 Machine becuase it does't have USB or a working CD Drive. But, I cannot seem to get the drivers to install. Please help!
