SPAM Mail Cannot Delete

I can't delete a SPAM mail from Instant Cash Subject:
Cash Giveaway-Everyone is an Instant Winner!

I get the following error message when I try to
delete: "This item could not be deleted. It was either
moved or already deleted, or access was denied."

Are these particular spammers doing something to their e-
mail message so no one can delete it from their inbox?

This usually means that the item was left in a corrupted state by an
internet security product (antivirus, antispam, .etc). Are you a
POP3/IMAP/SMTP user or Exchange? (With Exchange, I would say logon via
Outlook Web Access to delete the offending item)
