[SPAM} label in email subject line

I just set up a new email account in Outlook 2002 running under MS Office XP
Pro. I tested the new account settings successfully, but every email that
comes into Outlook at the new address has the term "[SPAM]" inserted in the
subject line. Does anyone know why and how to stop it from happening???

Hi,
Please go to the subject [SPAM] in my message headings by agent4change.
I've followd the step that Lanwench advised, it's worked.
