#SPAM# is added to subject automatically by OUTLOOK

When I send emails #SPAM# is added to subject
automatically by OUTLOOK. But this doesn't apply to all
emails. Some of the email subjects are changed like that.
I couldn't find the reason. Thanks in advance.
