[SPAM] in my message headings

Every message response I send from Outlook has [SPAM] as a leader in the
title line, such as RE: [SPAM] your input

EVERY message that comes into Outlook has the same tag. [SPAM] your input

How do I get rid of it? It does not happen in my Outlook Express

How do I know which add-ins to disable? I only have 3: 1 in the COM-Add-ins
has the Norton Anti-Spam (which I've already tried disabling & nothing
happened) and 2 in Add-ins manager: Exchange Extensions property pages and
Fax Server Extension.

If you have Norton Antispam installed, it may be doing something else
....check with Symantec, or try uninstalling it entirely as a test. As I
said, Outlook doesn't do this on its own - it's got to be an add-in or
something running on your mail server.

Thanks for your advice. Currently, It's ok.
I disabled Panda Antivirus in Add-in manager but I don't know this will
effect my e-mail filter in the future.
