Space on Local Drive (C:)

I recently upgraded from windows 98 to windows XP.

I am attempting to save space(600Meg) on my Local Drive
(C:).
Is it possible to move the "Documents and Settings" folder
to a different drive(ie d:)?

If so, how do I do that?
