Windows Vista 1 new drive lable and 1 missing

after a disk factory restor for vista home basic with IE 9 I noticed drive D OS is gone and I have a C drive is = local and E drive =local but when I plug in my flash drive D label comes back with the flash drive on it [strange]
when iI do a disk clean up because Im low in space on drive E it never changes what happened?
