SP3 and FranklinCovey PlanPlus

Dillan

I am using FranklinCovey's PlanPlus with Outlook. I
jjust installed SP3 and am having the same problem as
everyone else...a message telling me that a program is
trying to access the email addresses, etc....

Has anyone found a fix for PlanPlus, or is there a
general workaround that can be installed?

I have cheked
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2002sp3.htm#problems
and found nothing there.

Have you checked the Franklin-Covey support?

Thanks for your response Milly.

Yes, I did check with FranklinCovey...they tell me that
the workaround is to click "yes". This is not a
workaround, it is a cop-out.

I sent them another email chastizing them for not
updating their software. We'll see if they do anything.

We (FranklinCovey) will be releasing an update for PlanPlus 2.x next month. I am pushing to get this issue resolved in that update. Thanks for the feedback.

That's great, but what about an update for version 1.x.
I don;t really wnat to pay for an upgrade to 2.x when 1.x
works fine, except for this issue with SP3.
