SP2 Error - MSDART.DLL

I install WinXP SP2 today and now I am getting plenty of error messages.
The most annoying of them is the one on opening MS Outlook:

CiceroUIWndFrame: OUTOOK.EXE - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point GetTextExtentPointI could not be located in the
dynamic link library MSDART.DLL

Anyone have any idea what could be causing this. I am also unable to open
Simply Accounting files stored on the server as well as some other programs
that access the SQL Server.

The Outlook error is caused by the "Speech and Handwriting Recognition"
feature of MS Office. You can turn this feature off by going to the
Add/Remove Programs applet in Control Panel. Click on the entry for MS
Office and then on "Change". Browse to "Office Shared Features,"
"Alternative User Input," and make Speech and Handwriting Recognition
(both) "Not available" from the drop-down box. I don't know what this
has to do with SP2, but that's the usual fix.

I removed the options in MS Office setup and still having the same problems.
I am wondering if it has something to do with SQL as almost all programs
except Simply that are not working are using SQL. I have Outlook with
Business Contact Manager. Everything was working great last night,
installed SP2 this morning and errors starting happening. I can still get
into Outlook, that error comes up about 4-5 times and then lets me use it.
But the other programs that I use that access the SQL server are not
connecting at all.

It's quite possible, but since I have no experience with SQL Server I
must bow out. You should post this question to a SQL Server newsgroup.
Here's a link to a list of all MS newsgroups:
