SP 3 or SP 4 ?

if I have a win2k machine that is NOT connected to a network of some
kind and it's been updated to SP 3 - is it really necessary to update
to SP 4 ? what are the advantages ?

Hello proteanthread,

It contains security patches, performance related patches, bug fixes and
also hardware support for USB devices for example. So i would still install
it and of course also all the other existing updates from windowsupdate.
