SP 1a

Hi,
I decided to clean up my PC and re-install Win XP Home.
This all went ok, but then I tried to install SP 1a,
first from the Security CD from MS, then from the MS
Update site.
When I boot up the PC, it gets to the Log On screen,
which I do ok, then when the desktop screen is loaded, it
does a full re-boot again. If I remove SP 1a, it all
works ok again.
Any ideas please ??

Keep your firewall up and wait for Tuesday when SP2 can be downloaded
(express install).
