I have posted something similar to this before but still haven't been able
to figure it out. . .
each time i boot the computer and it starts loading, i get the "windows XP
critical stop" sound
I have gone into control panel/sounds and audio devices. . under "sounds"
tab the only thing associated with that sound is under "windows". .
.."critical stop". . . any ideas what could be causing the sound when loading
programs, etc. . .? Don't know if it matters or not but i'm using a Sony
Vaio pentium 4 desktop
with windows XP (32 bit) home, sevice pack 2, internet explorer 6. . .thanks
in advance for any help
