Windows XP Sound with Windows Live messenger 8.0

I accidentally deleted all the default wav files for Windows XP Start etc.
I have restored my start up and shutdown sound, but I am missing the sound(s) for Live messenger 8.0

Can anyone tell me how to get them back?

Reinstall Windows Live Messenger.
